No. It is a visible holding place for an excess booking, not a physical apartment or extra sellable inventory. A real apartment or a partner arrangement is still needed.
Eligible reservations can move to an available apartment in another type within the building. Record the move as an upgrade or room change. The original booked type remains visible.
No. A move checks apartment availability for the whole stay, including bookings that the current filters hide. Recheck the move if another team member changes the reservation.
